Careful analyses of other industry photo-to-products clearly reveal what are referred to as cotton “moats” or seeds.  The substantial amount of “moats” would cause our QC Department to reject as inferior.  The “moats” are what give the final product a rougher “sandpaper” type texture as opposed to the softer feel of our throw.

3.   Superior Weaving Technology
Our 50” x 60” photo-to-tapestry throw blanket with decorative fringe (Easy care washable cotton) is constructed with 5328 Warp ends…the most industry-wide.  The greater number of Warp ends with thinner yarn translates to finer detail and visual clarity. Our leading-edge technology enables our looms to create more uniform and denser “solid areas” within each throw.  It also provides greater potential detail with yarn selection / design.  Careful analysis of other industry photo-to products reveal what are referred to as “yarn floats” between weave changes.  This type of inferior quality would produce a much less visually appealing finished product and would be rejected by our QC Department.
